Discrimination and caste systems are rife in every society. In Igboland, the Osu system is a form of discriminatory practise where Igbo society divided into Diala Osu. The problem that this divide comes with human rights restrictions violations on part which go unreported unaddressed at both national international discourses. Literature has majorly focused various aspects little attention paid to dimension system. Thus, paper seeks examine within prism. natural theory John Locke used as framework analysis.
